My father in law had heart attack a day before our travel. We have to cancel our travel to take care of the medical contingency. Nevertheless, despite of providing all the necessary documentation with multiple iterations, at last they rejected the travel insurance claim request stating Medical Emergency of immediate family of traveller(s) will not be considered into claim circumstances. Its pitiful to argue or have conversation or any Insurance with such company who doesnt stick to the grounds especially with genuine medical contingencies.
