I had this service for over 2-3 years and then suddenly I started noticing that my monthly cap of 50GB was showing as used up in 10-15 days. When I complained to their customer care, they said I might be using 50GB without realizing or some of my device might be using it in background service. Then they suggested me to change my setting to different option where every time I need to login on device before using and even then same issue. They were not able to point out to any of my device or my downloads in particular. When I spoke to my friends and relatives, even they said the same. I complained from my relative house too and same reply. I even escalated it to their customer support manager, but no use. They were trying to convince me that some of my device is using without my knowledge but were not able to show proof from server logs. I am in IT field for 15 yrs and not someone without software or network knowledge. Finally I got dick and got it disconnected in both places.
