Lot of issues with your portal.acttv.in or(https://202.83.20.82/) login page. Most of the time i’m getting two kind of errors
login/password error and
unable to connect to mysql database error.
Every day I am facing issues with your portal page only. I tried to call to your customercare but even after 8 minutes also it still waiting. You guys charging more money compare to other data providers and not even giving proper quality service to the end user.
