Third rate thieves



  1. Customer service is worst in the world




  2. They will take your money but not provide connection for over 2 months




  3. Unethical - They will not rectify the connection if you have a problem for months but they will charge you for every day that they didnt even give you service where internet was not working




  4. Customer service is utter waste of time, they dont know what to do, they will lie and say I will sort out your problem but DONT.




  5. They will refuse to refund your money when you have paid beforehand and they have not rectified the problem for months




  6. They will autoclose tickets without resolution




  7. Customer service reps have such a huge attitude




  8. Without asking you, they will climb your house to connect 400 other houses in your area and set up a huge box on your roof - without asking you.
