Im using ACT Fibernet from 2012 in Hyderabad, no doubt. The net speed is very smooth and there is no slowness or disconnection. But if something happen wrong like physical cable breaks and we do complaint they will take too much time to fix it.
And the customer service is worst. Actually I have to pay bill on march 1St for next 6 months, as I was not in my home town I asked them to deactivate my account and Ill get it activate when I come back to my home town, but they said they will take the deactivation request only at the month end or last week of the month. Any how connection will get deactivated if I dont pay the bill, them again I have re activated my account by paying bill on April 12th so according to that I should get next bill on Oct 12th, but it got generated on 1st Sep as usual.
I was raising complaints and doing followup even they are not resolving the issue. Im ready to pay the bill but they have charged me extra amount unnecessarily. If they are considering bill cycle as 1st March to 31st August then they should discount 1 month amount that is March month as I have not used it in march and my account was inactive.
