My Cust ID: 11914751, There is a guy called Jaffer in Bangalore he sells the ACT Connection by telling all lies. Don’t entertain him His contact Number is 8884479679. To get the connection from customer he follows with us like any thing after, when he come to home he will say all lies. He says the router provided by ACT is having power back and so on.
After taking the connection he don’t even lift the call. And if we call to ACT call center there is no person to disconnect and over that they will say that this is No refund policy.
I taken the plan for 6 months with router free I paid Rs. 7207/- literally they are saying now that the call center people are not going to refund the money and to get the confirmation there is no person available from the disconnection team.
All cheating is happening in Bangalore. Don’t buy the Broadband from ACT. Especially don’t believe the guy called Jaffer. Once we paid the money then he speaks about the common sense. This idiot all talks lies and finally he treats the customer as beggar.
Don’t believe this person.
