I had subscribed to the fibrenet services of ACT(Atria Convergence Technologies Pvt Ltd), one of the fibrenet service providers in Bangalore, on 27th Sep 2015 by paying a fee of Rs 19, 138 for service for a period of 14 months under their 12+2 months subscription plan.As the service was started by 27th Sep 2016 evening, the services were valid till 26th Nov 2016.
However to my dismay, my services were terminated in October and in November atleast 4 times. When I took up the issue with ACT, it was restored back, but again disconnected. I had complained to ACT customercare at least 5 times in the last 1 month and had sent 3-4 emails on this issue.
Again my services had been disconnected on 21st. ACT had sent me a renewal notice and ACT has disconnected my service for non-renewal from 27th Nov 2016, although my current subscription is valid till 26th Nov 2016 and renewal is fully optional.
This is a totally unprofessional and unethical conduct and deficient service on the part of ACT Fibrenet for disconnecting my services prematurely although it had been fully paid for. Disconnection of services is being used as a mechanism for forcing renewals which seems to be unethical and restrictive trade practice.
Beware of the weird ways of ACT which are unprofessional and unethical
