Recently I booked a ACT connection from my old house to new house, As connection was suspended 3 month back bcz I was travelling outside with complete payment submission of full and final, So I need to raise a new request for this connection.
Executive called me for doc submission and payment, I did that on the same day(11 feb 2016). He asked me to wait for 3 days for verification process, so I said ok.
After 3 day I called to executive for status check, He ask me to take new connection inspite of connection transfer, Bcz his commission will come into picture, Already 3 day spassed and he is asking the same, But here I need to change my mobile number and mail ID bcz old one already registered, So denied the request. So he agreed for transfer connection.
On next day I called the same guy for status check and he asked the same question, Means he didnt submit the docs yet.
After 4 days he submitted the document, and once I called him so he didnt pick the call. and once I tried to register the complaint to customer care. They told wait for 24 hrs, Again after 24 hrs I didnt receive any call, so called back to customer care. They told wait till tomorrow you will get verification call.
After 5 days they are telling wait till tomorrow, I dont know how much time I need to wait from now, So posting this review.
Guys be careful before taking ACT fibernet connection.
