ACT speed really surprised me when I went to Hyderabad for the first time.I stay in Bhubaneshwar and never saw more than 256 kbps of download speed.The very moment I decided to go for ACT connection.The customer service is very responsive.
Within one day I got the connection.For rs 1145/- I was getting 40Mbps speed till 100GB and after that also 3Mbps, which is not at all bad.For such price I will not get even 2 Mbps speed here in Bhubaneshwar.I stayed in Chennai for 2 years.There also the net connection is bit costly, even in Bangalore also.
Regarding their service, its very nice.Whenever there was any issue, they sorted out in a maximum of 24 to 36 hours.The best part is even if there is no electricity just unplug the cable from your modem and plug it directly to your laptop for net connectivity, which is really awesome for Fibernet.I got relocated from Hyderabad and had to leave ACT.Still missing.
