Got the connection . Very prompt in collecting money and giving connection.
Once connection is done it will work for 1hour and then will not work. Then its your problem. ACT will njoy your agony . You can listen to some parrot talking over phone on call center. Of course you should be lucky to get the parrot to come on line.
Once you log ur complaint you will get sms that complaint will be attended within 3 days. Keep waiting and waiting and waiting some joker will turn up and will say net connection is perfect and router has failed. He will say u contact the person who installed the connection and he will replace the router. Call the connection guy, he will say it is not my job .
ACT as a company will take your money promising speed, cost etc by cheap advertisement media . Dont fall in this trap.
Service sucks and horrible experience in the first two days of installation.
Lost money for subscribing 6 months package and written off.
