I have been experiencing worst customer service since I have opted for act fibernet over airtel Internet services which I had for more then 10 years due to some technical issue in my locality. ACT fibernet executive are not trained on customer service and they sound rude and arrogant.the service suck I do not have service for the past 2 days and they say that they are still trying to fix the problem. When asked for rebate or waver they say that I have to proactively watch the service and call back once the service is back on for the customer service executive to raise a request for waver. I’m happy to go back to airtel with just paying 50 percent of the money for the same service that ACT was providing. DON JUST FALL FOR THE SPEED.keep in mind all other factors.Bharathi airtel is the best broadband services in bangalore.
