ACT Fibernet 6 months plan is a joke. They collect the money and don’t even bother to show up to install the connection.
Around a month ago an ACT sales rep showed up and convinced us to buy the 6 month plan. He also took an installation charge of 1000 Rs.
Till date not even the application has been logged in. Customer support is equally cluelesss. They open and close complaints as they see fit. They could not even find the customer ID. Please avoid this service at all costs.
