Very very bad service, I have been out of connection for past seven days, they are not ready to disconnect either and I receive the bill as usual. Everyone around us have dropped their service, we are the only house in the lane with the connection still. I am now unable to place a call through my mobile to their customer service.
They promise about restoration but nothing os far. I have decided to write this review and also raise a case against them in customer redressal court. This is not the first time we are experiencing it, only when you threaten to disconnect they take action, else they are not bothered.
