I have faced lots of problems because of ACT connection. Following are my true experiences with there services.
I bought connection in Jan 2017 for three months and on March 2017 my connection expired so due to my exams and study load I wanted to skip connection for April and may 2017. So I called them and asked them for that they agreed for my request.
But when I called them in Jun 2017 for reconnection they asked me to pay for ?500 for previous month and told them about whole lot story.
They asked me to wait and said that they will solve my problem within 48 hours so I waited for two days without internet. After that I called them but Still they didnt have solution they were still asking for payment. So I refused to pay and told them that if they would behave in the same manner then I would prefer for alternative.
But still they didnt care for it so on 15 Jun I officially connected other connection.
