Its not even 7 days, we have purchased act internet.paid 6 months in advance;after installing router few days were fine, now actually we are not getting any signal, had complaint to act customer care, no one is even bothered to receive a call, there in no complain department who will resolve the issue, we have being trying since last night& now they are saying it will take a day one two.
They should really learn and speed up the process.we have invested so much money and paid in advance, customer service should be there first priority.
