I have made a complained of network issues with ACT, which was acted promptly but failed to provide a resolution due to lack of infrastructure.
The complained was quietly removed from the log and got a message that its resolved.
Surprise to see that without rectifying the problem ACT sending message that problem is solved and asking feedback on the issue.
Pathetic is the least word to describe the customer service. No resolution was done after knocking the Nodal officer on the same.
