The worst service provider in Hyd town. The biggest anomaly of their system is you have to pay the amount in advance just like prepaid mobile phones and what next.the internet will be down half the month and with practically no contact point what so ever! You try to call up at their call center numbers and the standard IVR keeps looping and wasting your money and all you can access is your account details.they never let you speak to the customer care person. The e mail id for customer care is never opened or attended.
And the most ridiculous part is their wires are cut half of the month and internet is not available. on top of that there is no recourse to getting you paid money back:(
