Beam Internet is down for a week (Unresolved)

I have been using beam(act fibernet) internet connection from last 5 months. Internet has been disconnected from the last one week, every time I call tried calling it is busy. Luckily the line has been connected yesterday and I have raised a ticket. As usual I have received a ticket number #10122062858, and replied issue will be resolved in 24 hours, and its been 24 hours I don’t even receive any call back from any of the executive. Again I tried calling to the customer care number 040 66272727, got a reply that, they have made it as high priority. Even now after making high priority didn’t received any call back from any of their executives. I think I had made a mistake of taking 6 months plan and paid all the money at one time, so they know there is no option to discontinue from their network.


And I have lost my income which is generated from the last one week which is around Rs. 20, 000 and wasted my money worth Rs.2800 spending on their internet.


Please don’t go for any annual packages, you will suffer alot.!
