Act Fibernet is one of the leading ISP in Hyderabad but it has lost its position I believe. Beam was better and reliable. But when Beam was changed to Act it changed a lot. The plans give us a reliable speed but I am not happy with the customer service. Before one month we had a lot of problem while getting connected. We were not able to get internet connection as the Hub had a damage and was replaced after a week. Our neighbors still face a problem as they ask me to give or wi-fi password whenever there is a connectivity problem. The internet connection disappears as soon as it rains and the power goes off. There is no battery in the Box. In our School too we don’t find it with good response. The speeds given at this price are the only reason for giving 2 stars.
