I didnt expect such a poor and delayed service ACT broadband service provider. Salesmen promised me heaven and gave me hell. I raised new broadband connection 15 days back and still I didnt get the connection. I had to call customer service like 25 times and there was a very poor response! Act dont even keep me updated on the current status. And importantly there is miscommunication between salesmen, technician and customer care representative. I am totally frustrated when I paid totally 6months in advance and dont get the connection.
