Act fiber network discontinuous continuously. Actually we are using this ACT from last 2years everytime we have a problem with this seriously. the network will be very slow we are totally unsatisfied with this ACT.
I want to share one of the issue which I faced actually what happend means I haven taken 6months plan in Act and activated I have used for 2months then I shifted my house to other place so I requested ACT people to activate the connection to the new house so they said that we dont have network for that area so we said that please deactivate the newtork for somedays we told them that we will shift the house again to the old location then please activate our plan as earlier way they told ok and they activated the plan but from that time onwards the network is very slow I called customer care to solve this issue there are not at all responbile totally continously im calling them but there is no right information is provided iam requesting them to resolve the issue as soon as possible please.
