I am K K from Mumbai. I have booked a offer for hair transplant on1 Aug 2016 With a 5000/- Booking Amount. Your sales Guys told me that you can do the procedure in mumbai at your BKC office which will come up soon you don’t have to come Pune. As per this communication I have booked the offer. He also sent me a mail regarding this in above commitment that you can do it till dec 2016.
Now my concern is this I got a call from your sales guy called 07410002333 on 23/12/2016. For conformation to do the balance payment & your office is not still ready to do my procedure in mumbai. He told me that there is a problem of venders. Firstly I don’t bother about your problem. He told me he will book my dates & will give a call after 5 min. Still I have not got any call . I tried to call him he has not picked the call. Now please refund my amount I don’t wana go for the procedure. Or else tell me when you do my hair transplant in mumbai & extent my offer for 3 months.
Please Update me ASAP.
