It’s an awesome and the best street food around bbd University .As my personal experience I am telling that near bbd and almost till Barabanki this is the only worth spending food item which can easily fit in your pocket.As if just cost is Rs 30 which give you a delicious and tast burger. I have seen how its made.means first of all the burger bun are completely fried in oil to make it crunchy, then the aloo tikki is fried in oil as its dough is completely prepared before , now when the bun is taken out , it is cuted half from the centre and the the green suace ( which include coriander mixture ) is putted on one side of the bun and the another side of the bun is garniahed by red tomato sauce . now coming to main ingredient that is the main aloo tikki is putted on the base and above that one slice of onion and tomato too are kept up on it and then slightly mashed the tikki to spread it properly. After this we keep the sprinkled cabbagge on it and one layer of paneer and they sprinkle the chat masala on both side to make it unsual spice tasre. Now its completed and served to you. talking about other varieties.all are good but this is the best option to try for it.they even have a sitting not very big but yha it’s a quite small one. Which is the major drawback for them.but still they are maintaining there quality . So at alst I will say if you are searching a pocket friendly meal , .so there is none other any choice expect this.
