When I lived in Noida, I just joined this gym for 2 months.Today I just want to convey you that this gym is not good and not much developed.
It consists all the old instruments for exercising as well as trainers are not well knowledged about all the exercises.
The location of gym is good but the main focus must be over the working rather then its location.The infrastructure of the the gym is average and really doesn’t look like a quality gym.
They allow only their relatives and known people to join some days to observe the the environment and wether they are satisfied to it or not!
I was not provided such offer and I had to pay rs.899 for availing its service.I was not satisfied with their service against the subscription fees they are taking.
