Adipurush had everything it needed to be a great film — a powerful story based on the Ramayana, a huge budget, and a star like Prabhas. But sadly, it fails to live up to expectations. The movie tries to retell one of India’s most sacred epics, but the execution is poor.
The graphics and visual effects were disappointing, especially for a film with such a big budget. The characters didn’t look real, and many scenes felt like a cartoon rather than an emotional, divine story. Prabhas is a great actor, but even he couldn’t shine in this weak script.
The dialogues felt modern and didn’t match the depth of the original story. A tale like the Ramayana deserves more respect and better presentation. The film could have been a grand tribute, but it turned out to be a shallow version.
However, one positive point is that the younger generation got to know the Ramayana story, even if in a simplified way. But overall, Adipurush is a missed chance to bring a legendary tale to life with the respect and quality it truly deserves.
