I have purchased symphony cooler from aadishwar showroom on 16th apr 19, afte 2hrs its stopped working. Next day morning I reach out to showroom and manager told reach out to aadishwar customer care, when I try to reach out its not even answered for 2 hrs, after that one lady picked the call and she told we need to reach out to store only and she connected to showroom manager now manager told as we pour water into cooler we cant replace (i dont know how we can use a cooler without water) and reach out to symphony customer care, in online we have 10 days replacement warranty, why we need to purchase here.
that is another story i have raised a complaint with symphony on 17th morning and they told it will be auctioned in 24 to 48 hrs, its been 4 days still its not actioned.
