I have never ever found such a Fraud finance institute. I was owning PL from ABFL, They have taken almost 2 mounts to Force closure my loan account without any reason and too much hidden charges while closing this loan. Also, when I have taken loan from them in 2018, it was clearly mentioned that 2% force closure charges after 24 months, and still they refuse and take 4% on the loan amount. They are shameless people in customer service and don’t even have the brain to read customer’s details and provide solutions in the right way. Not just customer service, but even there Grievance Redressal is also DUMP people. I got a response from the Head on 12th March that they are looking at my issue and now today 5th April and still no further updates. NEVER RECOMMNED TO HAVE ANY LOAN WITH THIS BULLSHIT FIANANCE ORGANIZATION ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL FINANANCE. All dump people on earth, working in this finance organization.
