I had visited your local branch at Ghatkopar with the same issues regarding change of address.Yet another set of forms have been handed over to me.These forms were exactly the same I was given a year back and submitted but no action has been taken.I must say the bureaucracy and redtapism at your Company is UNPARALLELED in my experience .I must complement your company for shifting the blame from one office to another.I am copying my experience to mouthshut.com.
