If you are palning to take the policy by birla. PLEASE DON’T. I was using it on 2014 and was hospitalised once then. But till today my claim has not been given.
Firstly they dont have many hospitals .
Second even if a hospital has their service it would take days for them to claim it. I was told to jist wait for 7 days and that they will claim me back by hospital bill.
And that did not happen. so please stay away.
