First of all I am very surprised to know there are lot of people have been cheated that how the BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE and CITIBANK are engaged in planned cheating their customers.
A) BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE AND CITIBANK
I am also a victim of the CHEATING of BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE and Citibank. In Oct 2005 , I have been approached by the Citibank Officer saying that he has been assigned as a Wealth Management advisor to me and he wanted to me to discuss all about the investment plans and assets . I was very impressed initially by his knowledge in the financial management area. And one day he told there is an excellent Mutual Fund Option with provides Not only guarantee of the Capital but also provides 3 % Return + Free Life Long Medical Insurance + 28 % return + Critcal Illness and Dis Ability Benefit etc etc
b) CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY PLAN BY BSLI AND CITIBANK
VERYAnd I had nearly 8 Lakh in my Citibank . This particular Citibank Relationship Manager has somehow came to know this information and has brought a Birla Sun Life Officer named Sachin to our Infosys Campus in Electronic City and they told me this the best Mutual Fund available with all benefits .
I had strong belief in Citibank and the Relationship manager since he told me he is pass out IIM – Banglore and I completely trusted him because of his background
c) UTLIMATE CHEATING
One morning The Citibank Relationship Manager came very hurriedly,
They gave me some print out and told all the product brooches has been exhausted because of the demand of the product and asked me to sign various document in very hurried manner stating the Last Date is the day before that day and he told that this is “the best opportunity for my 8 LAKHS to get 30 % per month
D) THE POOR VICTIM
When I received the documents I realized that the plan was 15 Years for and 65 % is the Admin Charges out of 8 Lakh ( ie nearly 6 Laks is only Admin Charges ) and the every year they deduct 7.5 + 2.5 + 1.5 % as Admin Charges
When I asked he told his mother is not well and undergoing surgery and will be back after 10 days . And he never returned
E) CURRENT STATUS
I have raised various compliant to Citibank and Birla Sun Life Insurance . BSLI told me there is a free look up period and that is over . But I have never been told about any FREE LOOK UP PERIOD nor it is mentioned in the Document
F) UN ETHICAL and ROUGE BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE MANAGERS .
When I went to seek clarification about my compliant and document, the Birla Sun Life Manager was stating “ Which fer told that there is a medical insurance is part of the Policy “ and he used lot of un parliamentary words and yelling during our conversation with out even giving basic respect to me as a female .

Bottom Line , If you want to loose your WEALTH and RESPECT then BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE is the Right Place
