Adiva is not at all professional in its service. It charges quite a packet. I consulted a doctor for my mother’s ailment and he recommended certain tests. When I went to just show hime the report, Adiva charged me Rs 800!
They will give you appointments as per their convenience, but when you turn your schedule upside down so as to reach there by the given time, you will be made to wait endlessly as they keep ushering in other people before you. All protests fall on deaf ears.
Each time you protest, they will give you all sorts of lame excuses. After going through this twice I took my mother to Sitaram Bhartia which, I found, was extremely efficient and very professional. AND. cheaper!
