With great disappointment I would like to state here that Hyundai customers are being cheated by one of the franchise, Advaith Hyundai, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore.
Following was the incident that took place with me.
I gave my car Hyundai i10 Magna for servicing and repairs which I got back after 3 days.
While taking the car back I noticed that the car had scratches on the rear end where these people put the sticker with their name. I got the sticker removed and got the scratches rubbed. I did not make any fuss about it.
Further I noticed that the driver’s seat was slit(cut) at a specific place, which was not their earlier.
On bringing this to the notice to the Service Manager Veeresh, I got a blunt reply that this was not their fault and was there earlier.
I showed him the inventory sheet again to get a rude reply that we cannot inspect every minute thing, and seats are not covered during inventory.
When I argued a bit more he told me that he can give me seat cover at a discounted price.
Now how stupid one can be to suggest that. After damaging my car you are trying to sell me stuff?
I told him that its their responsibility and they should bear the cost of the seat replacement. For this I got a reply that nothing beyond this can be done and either you take it what you are getting or leave it.
When I asked for his manager, he said he was not available and I would have to go to their Mission Road office and meet him.
Neither did he give me his manager’s phone number. I am nowhere to go and cornered by these goons.
I am really disappointed and disturbed after this incident. Not sure what to do now.
Would request all to inspect each and everything very carefully and before giving away your cars to these Cheats.
