I faced threatening from Sales Manager, Chandrasekhar C, while I venture to cancel the car booking!He was threatening me that "He Would Teach Me a Lesson, For I am going forward with Car cancellation". I booked i-10 era car from Advaith. But later realised that I could buy Wagnor Full option car(with music system and security system) for the price 469000, where as for i-10 era, I need to spend 4, 76000 plus more than 15000 for extra accessories. So I decided to cancel the order with Advaith.
As per advaith policy, they have to return back the money after deducting 2500/-. I had made a booking amount 4243/-.
I am shocked with the sales Manager threatening. Is a customer not have authority to go for a product which is suiting to his budget?
As per my experience, if you have plans to cancel the booking, better take help of police. They may threaten and you may be in fatal
