I gave my i10 for servicing at Advaith Service Center Whitefield bangalore for the first free service.

Following were the requests I had -

1. Fix the Rattling on Driver’s door.

2. Fit a fog lamp

And the end result was:

1. Rattling on Driver’s door is still there.

2. Took 2 days to fit the fog lamp.

3. Interiors of the cars were all dirty, as they tried to fix the fog lamp after cleaning

What I understood from the whole experience was -

1. This service center don’t have any i10 technicians, as I saw this guy struggling to find the i10 wiring layout, finally somehow got a wiring diagram from some and fitted it in a messy way.

2. The service contact person was a bluffmaster, for two day he kept chanting that in another 10 mins it will be done.

My advice to everyone going to this service center for their i10 service is to avoid it
