I bought a Santro in 1999. Till about 2 years back, I would rate my experience as 5 star except a service guy losing the manual which I treat as a minor issue. Other than that I was always delivered back the vehicle as promised and mostly on the same day.
Since the last 2 years, service quality has taken a dip, I presume due to booming Hyundai vehicle sales. Neither the space at the dealer workshop nor facilities seem to have kept pace. Also the service advisors seem less impressive - possibly a resource crunch as in the IT industry(where I work).
I have had minor issues and have had a need to visit the dealer multiple times. No major cribs but the overal experience has gone down. I would rate them 4* now.
I had decent buying experience. Car is normally washed and polished but recently, this factor has come down a bit.
