I had made a down payment of 80, 000 on August 24th as agreed and suggested by your sales person in outer ring road outlet. Then he started cooking stories that the loan is not approved etc, although I told him clearly I have some issues in CIBIL but still he said he will manage and get me loan. In which he failed and forced me to go for booking cancellation. Now after keeping my 80k interest free money with you, the executive is telling I should bear 2500 the cancellation charges in which I seriously don’t agree. I am still not cancelling my booking and if that is the case why should I have made 80k down payment and instead I would have paid only 5k as booking amount. Even after some much arguments I still agreed to go ahead and release my amount after deducting the cancellation amount, its now almost 10 days and I am yet to get my money back. Is this is how you cheat people around??
Why don’t you people have valid experienced sales executives instead of having these kind of cheaters who just bluff to the customer to show their sales figures on board for that particular month?? No one is friendly in the show room and every one is adement about the cancellation charges, whereas if the same thing would have told while I did the down payment, I would have thrown that money of 2500 on the sales person face that day itself. It’s all about cheating the customer and to make a money of 2500 which seriously is nothing for your kind of industry and brand. Hope atleast this mail will reach some concern person who actually can take some action and stop having these kind of cheating sales people in your show rooms.
BTW the sales person name is Mr. Sulaiman -9845693791. He not just wasted my time, money but also screwed up my cibil score by attempting for loan in so many banks back to back
