AEGON life insurance is an insurance company which provide insurance to the life of the individuals, I also caught in there services and now I want to quite this but if I quite or brake the contract of life insurance it will lead to huge loss.
There major problem which I personally faced are:
There behaviour: The behaviour of the staff witb each client in the beginning is very good they attract there customers with very perfection but once you became the customer they will give zero response and importance.
Charges and premiums: The rate or premiums which they charge is normal but for every premium they also charge transactions cost which make ot very expensive.
There are also some important benefits of this insurance:
- Claim settlement: There is a availability of seprate department which help the customers to get there claim.
So there claim settlement process is easy and fast as compare to other.
- They also provide variety of plans for different customers.
Overall this AEGON Life insurance is not so good and perfect for insurance.
