Customer service review:
Called their customer support twice. Fist time, I was put on IVR for 10 mins, requested for a call back that I never got. Second time, I was put on IVR for 6 mins, then got connect to their customer support but then I was put on hold for 30 mins. total call took 45 mins. very bad customer service once you take the policy. would not recommend Aegon to anybody.
