Health problem

I bought this airpurifier from official website by paying full money. My customer id- 800074338. on the 18 feb 2016. the product was delivered to me only on the 05/03/2016.


By using the airpurifier for 7 days, our family people find it inconvenience and causing head-ache.As advised by customer care I have submitted the return from on the 13 march itself, from that day I am keep calling them to pick the machine and refund the money and every time new excutive will attend the phone and they keep promising that product will be picked up today.
