Its my hard work it has given me my value for money return, lot many people are there who join as member and loose hardly few kilos so that means if you give some stress to your body by sweating it out you will definately loose the extra pounds in the body.
I dont think there is any role fo the healthclub but its me who was regularly doing hard work and sweating the extra water in body thats it all people can do the same only thing is it need some stamina to do the work.
