Worth every cent

Agatha Christie, the queen of crime, strikes me as a woman way ahead of her times. She has the power to describe the charecters in such a precise manner to make them come to life. The detail she uses to outline the entire psychology of the charecters makes it possible.

The story is also not mediocre. It cotains enough twists and turns and surprises to keep the reader occupied even when he or she is not reading the book.

This book , After the funeral , specially caught my eye due to its curious title. This enthusiasm didnt fade untill the end of the page.

The speciality of this book is that it makes every charecter look suspicious, everybody has something to hide. And no one is above suspicion except the lawyer who approached the great detective Hercule Poirot with just a feeling of ’’something is not right’’, which he himself not sure of .Untill the end of the case there is always a chance that nothing is wrong afterall.

A very fine and balanced book with suspence , thrill and brain tickling surprises , The queen of crime , has again topped my favourites.

Finally , I end my review of one of my favourite books, ’After the funeral’ as the one which is worth every cent for a person who is looking for something to spark up their brain.
