They make you run around after shipping your items. I called them and wrote to them multiple times asking about the status of my shipment, and they did not respond with an answer.
Finally after multiple inyternational calls and emails, they responded and said that the shipment will reach NY. The original shipment was to reach Miami, so the carrier from NY charged me more to ship it out to Miami.
I received my international shipment in 2 months whereas they had said it will reach in 6 weeks at the most. I had six cartons of household articles that were shipped out. Unfortunately, only four of them made it in one piece. Two of the cartons have all items broken in them. It is surprising to see the extent of the damage that was caused to my items.
Now I will have to waste time in contacting them for an insurance claim. God only knows how long that will take.
If you are planning to relocate and shift your stuff, do yourself a favor and do not take Agarsain Movers and Packers services.
