I was moving out of India and had little time to see reviews of M&Ps. I simple contacted few M&Ps for their quotation. Agarwal Fast & safe Cargo Pvt LTD(https://agarwal-packers-bangalore.com) quote was lowest(13K) among other peers. After packing stuff from my flat they told me that final amount is around 20.5k as they add GST and miscellaneous charges in final bill. Since I was in hurry I made the payment and assumed they will deliver stuff in 1 week as they promised.
After a week when my parents said they have not received the stuff I contacted Mr. Joginder(9983831010) about delivery updates. He said I need to pay 1.5K more as one Sofa is bigger in size. I was shocked to know as they sent the bill after getting items in their office as well they didn’t update me about the money. For next 2-3 weeks I making ISD calls to multiple people and nobody has correct idea where is my stuff. Even once Mr. Joginder told me that I will not get my stuff.
My father was planning to report to police as there was no proper communication on where my stuff has gone and when it will reach to its destination. Thanks to god that my stuff was delivered after delay of 2-3 weeks with few items missing which I was expecting as packaging was different from what they did at my flat - My parents shared the packaging pictures on whatsapp.
I strictly recommend to give this M&P a miss else you may end-up writing similar horror story as I did just now.
