This is complaint against ’New Agarwal Packers and Movers’ who have cheated me for my package and now they are not responding to me.
He said he belongs to Agarwal Packers and Movers and they have been separated hence name says New Agarwal Packers and movers

I had posted my need on Sulekha and had received call from them. First of all they did not come with any truck or loader and just came by Auto without proper packaging material. I should have understood there itself that something is not correct here. But he said we will do temporary packaging at your house and then will do final packing once we reach our office and my mistake that I believed that story.
I had given two cartons for moving to Kanpur to Mumbai on 3rd of November- 1 Carton is having recently purchased AC and another is with my study books.
I had made whole payment of Rs. 5000 in advance. I was told that it will be delivered in max 3-4 days and they promised that they will provide me the tracking number so that I can track the package as soon as it is sent. When I did not receive tracking number even until 4 days then I started calling them but he was ignoring all my calls.
I have to call from new number to get catch hold of him all the time but he picks and immediately hangs up saying he will get back in 10 mins and then no call as expected behavior.
I have called him around 80 times in last 20 days and its going to get 1 month now.
This is complete mental and monetary torture to me. Also it is taking too much of my job and study time in following up for this package.
AC is new(bought 6 months back) for Rs 20000 and Books is collection of my 6 years job career- It is very important to get as my exams are due next month.Please help me in getting my package as soon as possible and catch this fraud Packers and Movers.
Also I want to charge him for this harassment so that no other customer gets cheated by him.
I don’t understand how Sulekha is allowing such vendors to leak customer.s number. These vendors are not even searchable on sulekha website
