I am totally disappointed from Agarwal Fast and Safe Packers and Movers services. Their slogan says that the services they provide are Fast and Safe But for me both the words not worked. Their slogan should be Delay and Unsafe. Yesterday I got my goods in Pune. The pick up date from Noida was 27th April and it was communicated to me that you will get you entire goods with in 4-5 days. Just because of not receiving goods on time I had extended my stay in guest house for 4 days and they charged me 1000 per day. When I received the goods yesterday I came to know that the container depart from Delhi on 6th may( I saw toll receipt ). Police came at that place and I suffer for one and half hour.
The reason was that on top of their container one board which displays Postal Service Vehicle.Police asked for document if it is government vehicle and driver don’t have any document to prove that. After long discussion with their staff member I have resolved the issue. But I think it is not my duty. Packing of goods are not proper .I have called them many times to mail me insurance copy of my Goods but they did not sent me till date. The members who came yesterday to unload the container are unprofessional and not properly trained.
Below Goods which have major impact:
1) Wooden Almirah Broken from back side(hole) and scratches on top and bottom.
2) Coller don’t have packing and due to that front wire pannel , switches box and grills are broken.
3) Diwan damage at many places (top .bottom , fornt and back). No hard cover packing .
4) One box packing is opened.
5) Chair set have many scraches because no packing was done.
6) TV trolley entirely Broken .
7) Activa(Two Wheeler) packing was not proper and have dent and scratches on its left and right side.
