I used the service of Agarwal packers and Movers Service to move my house items to Kollam Kerala. I collected quotation from them before assigning the work . They quoted 22000/- and I assigned the task . However they have given a bill of Rs 35000/- after packing the good and claiming that remaining the excess amount is for insurance and Octroi and Taxes. While sending the good they send good along with Commercial Battery and UPS load to invade the government tax. They have covered the battery and UPS load with my items to escape check post. In addition to that I lost one of my packet and my furniture items are also broken. I have been following up for the insurance policy and they never gave the policy. When I called for the compensation they ask me to call after one week. Now they are not answering my phone. They cheated both government and me professionally . Request to don’t engage them for any packing and moving.
