Being an agarwal myself, I recommend not to go ever with Agarwal Packers and Movers. They have earned good name by marketing and not customer service.
I had a similar experience when I received my damaged bike from Ahmedabad. Its better to get involved with any small time packers and movers than Agrawal Packers and movers. They are a big time cheater.
