I would like to share my experience with Agarwal packers and movers. I have moved my household articles from Pune to Bangalore. I was told that my stuff would reach Bangalore on the 3rd day. Instead it reached on the 8th day. It at least reached on Day 8 as I was following up with the Pune and Bangalore offices. They would make me call 10 different people, and nobody would give any conclusive answers as to when my stuff was reaching.
They gave me excuses like "The driver’s mother died which is why he had to take the truck to Kolhapur and 2 days the truck was in Kolhapur." Another excuse was "The truck was caught by Excise people. Hence the delay."
When it finally arrived I was shocked by the state the cartons were in. My stuff was to have been transported in a covered container. Instead it looked like it was transported in an open truck. Most of the cartons were soaking wet and torn. My furniture was soaking wet and damaged. Even my suitcases which contained clothes were wet. The water had seeped into the suitcases and the clothes were wet and full of fungus. Please take a look at the photos of the cargo and then decide whether you would trust your precious household items with Agarwal Packers and Movers!
