Shipment from Hyderabad to Bombay: While dropping the order, they came on a random day without reaching out to me when I had explicitly told them to call me before coming. I wasn’t at my home.
When I called them to send the shipment the next day, they said I will have to pay Rs 500 more. for re-shipment. So, I had to end up paying 500 more because their delivery guys don’t like to reach out to you before dropping your stuff.
Plus the staff was very rude. They kept on saying its my fault that I wasn’t there at my house on a random day. And that I should always be at my house until that shipment arrives - however many days it takes.
The stuff arrived in dented condition. It appeared that it had been dropped here and there. I went for them because they came up on Google search. Looking for more options. If you know, let me know.
I have heard Safe Express is good. Would do anything to not go through this harassing experience again.
