I sent my car from Jaipur to Bangalore through Agarwal Packers and Movers. I have had a TERRIBLE experience with them:
They broke 2 window glasses of my car. I am unable to imagine as to how was it even possible for them to have broken it accidentally in a car carrier.
They did not deliver my car and asked to take possession 60 kms away from Bangalore near some transport area.
They lied about having called me for delivery and that I did not pick up the phone. Even then, when I have called them, why could they have not delivered then! The petrol was not theirs anyway.
They charged my 900/- extra for petrol(which was mine) for 120 km of unsuccessful delivery and refused to give me the car keys unless I paid the amount.
I was mentally harassed while taking the possession and the whole process of sending the car by their brash staff.
WARNING: DO NOT HIRE THEM. They are cheats and I am soon going to file a case against them. There are many similar reviews on mouthshut and I wish I had read them before. But now, the reviews will work in favor of my case as a proof of their treachery.
